What's a Good Temp?

Hey Guys,

I've been overclocking my system a little recently and im just wondering what a good temperature is?

My System Spec Is:

Asus P5LD2-VM-DH
Pentium D 3.4GHZ @ 3.7 (880MHZ FSB)
Artic Cooling Pro Freezer 7
1GB PC2-5300
Thermaltake Soprano Case, 2x 120mm, 3x 90mm#
600W PSU with 2x 90mm adjustable fans.

My Current Temperatures are in between:

CPU: 31c - 41c
MB: 27c

If that's under load then that's bloody good as far as I'm concerned.

Yeh, 31c is my under load and 41-42c is my max load. So is this good?
