Does anyone have any idea what is classed as a good weight to be moving for your own bodyweight?

for example,
for a 80kg man -

leg press xkg
bench press xkg
etc etc

is there a simple conversion? i know that not all body types are the same, but im looking to gauge my own performance going forwards.

also, when counting the weight, do you only count the added weight to the bar / rack or the bar and rack aswell (leg press machine in gym has a 30kg plate+movement, so if doing 100kg, would you say thats 130?)

cool, had first leg day last night (in over 7 years!).

leg press - sets of 15/12/10 - 110kg/140kg/160kg.
will be up over 200 in a few weeks.

not going to try any maximums over a single rep or small set of reps, no need yet!

looks like i found some sort of reference:

seems to have some weight to body weight ratio

im 90kg and 6ft 3

bench 110kg
bench pull 105kg
latz 90kg
leg press 480kg

they are 1 rep maxes

i usually train 5 x 8 reps at 80% which is what i am given on my gb training program

480kg?
thats over 5x your body weight!
are the press machines even made to take that sort of weight?
you sure you dont mean 480lb?

same as the sort we use in our gym, i dont think you would get 480kg on it tho. Would they even take that sort of weight (add in the frame weight).

on that link i posted is a lpress page, for 480kg you come out as 5.3x body weight, where they say very good is 2.5x. 480lb would be more towards the 2.5x area.
