What's acceptible temps for VRMS on Sabertooth 990fx?

Hello all, Got a 8320/990fx build here, 8320 is clocked at 4.8ghz currently, using a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO cooler on my CPU. I am however slightly concerned with how hot my VRMs are getting while rendering using x264.

Basically when all my cores are ridiculously loaded with nothing bottlenecking them (SSD to SSD rendering is QUICK!) - My VRMS hit 75'c.

What's an acceptible temperature range for the VRMS?

Based on your very informative post above (thank you!) I messed about with my overclock a bit, and I'm now perfectly stable at 4.6GHz with a lower vcore, which has lowered all my temps quite nicely. My CPU now refuses to go above 63C and my VRMS are sitting at around 60C full load with X264.

The temperature recording program is Thermal Armor. Core temp reads 2-3 degrees higher, so currently under full load my machine is hitting 66 degrees.

Think it's worth getting the temps lower? My case is full of airflow so I think the only thing I can do now is dial the vcore back as far as I can and maybe get a better air cooler/go water cooling (don't tempt me hahaha)
