Whats an acceptable load temp for Core 2 Duo?

Just got my new P5N-E SLI replacement board, updated BIOS to 0608 version and started an overclock. CPU is a Core 2 Duo E6320, RAM is 3GB Kingston ValueRAM DDR2-667.

Currently its running nicely at 2.8ghz, with 700mhz RAM. Using a 1600FSB (400x4).

Idle temps see me around 30c, and load upto 50c... is this acceptable?

CPU cooler is an Asus Silent Knight

Yeah that's grand providing you are using either CoreTemp or Everest to read the temps.
