Whats an MRU object

Just done a scan using Ad-Aware and it came back with the normal cookies and an MRU Object...I removed it once (yesterday) but its back again today..any idea's?

It's Most Recently Used applications, you can just leave it.

Harmless but if you want a clear out then this is great:

Apps like CCleaner also clean em out. But no big deal if left on your system either
