whats best free remote desktop app?

i just got a new macbook air, and i would like to remote access my windows7 laptop.

would anyone recommend me some software, preferably free.

Personally I tend to use Logmein (in its free version). Should be fine going OSX to Win7 although I tend to use it going to the other way.

i tried this but unfortunately, i use windows7 home. which doesn't work on it!
