Whats best, Lower timings or Higher speed?

Right now have 2x2Gb of PC2-8500 Dominator rated to 5-5-5-15 @ 1066Mhz with 2.1v.

Atm there running 4-4-4-12 @ 800mhz with 2.1v.

Question is whats best?

Higher speed or lower timings?

Running at 1066Mhz with the 5-5-5-15 timings would be better.

i plan to run it at 1:1 with my dual at around 4.6ghz so 920mhz is it worth running outa sync to get ot around 1100mhz with stock timings or keep it at that and lower the timings?

Yeah i would say 1066Mhz, more bandwidth, higher speeds beats lower/tighter timings. But you prob won't notice any difference gaming in real time.
