i have the quest 2 and love it, but ive not worked out the best way to link it to my pc as i dont know if its powerful enough and i aint finished upgrading my pc or my sons due to not being able to afford gpu;s and im currently on my old pc with windows 7 and i heard for link you need win10. and can you play your pc games via virtual desktop!

Either

with a USB C cable - Oculus do a really expensive one that seems to perform best but others have used cheaper cables with success

or by using Virtual Desktop or Oculus Airlink. I have had great success with Airlink which is free and part of the Oculus PC app (settings, beta). You need to switch it on in the Quest 2 too.

You need a suitably powerful PC too. We have a 2070 Super which does OK with most sims on low to medium settings and can do most of the Oculus games like Echo on High. Just make sure to keep the Oculus render settings no higher than 1.1 unless you have a 3080/90. And don’t expect to get native rendering even then. 1.5/1.7 is native depending on how the app feels.

The Airlink looks quite a bit sharper and so long as you haven’t played around with bit rates in the debug app then it doesn’t have noticeable latency either.
