Whats better - 5700LE or Ti4200

Well the 5700 supports DX9 and should clock fairly well, as long as there's some airflow over or nearby it, so you should be able to get some of the nice shiny effects... but on the down side the lack of raw power might mean you end up with less FPS in some games, particularly newer ones.
