Whats better for folding, core duo or Xeon's

Hi all, whats better for folding, a core duo at 2.13 or twin 3.00 xeon processor server, I ask as these a possiblity of getting a new server at work and guess who gets to buy it

Sorry core 2 duo, plus when the twin xeons, can I use XP pro for a twin xeon server as opposed to say a 5 user licence when I don't need.

let me explain with more detail, i'm looking for a server with 4 other pc's attached and it will be used as a pc in its own right - just used for word/excel and some basic accounting packages. got a case/monitor so looking to rip it out and put in new mobo, 1 gig ram, 2 80gigs mirror raided hd's and a cpu ( or 2 ) plus coolers ) and the cheapest graphics going ( onboard) or get a server with dual xeons and just put xp pro on, can't say where from of coarse its 2x xeon 3gig 2mb cache, 1 gig eec ram.
