Whats better for low sens gaming, higher dpi low in game sens, or lower dpi and low in game?

Hey,
My aim has got quite good on battlefield and others fps's now and I definitely think I'm more of a lower sensitivity player as I do prefer to move my whole arm for movement and aiming. I've tried out various dpi's but i just can't seem to settle on one dpi, I would just like to know which is better so i can get the best out of my mouse for gaming.
Mouse used: Zowie EC2A evo
Could anyone shed some light on this topic?
Cheers, Jack :)

No questions asked here pal if you are really serious about getting consistent ect you need to put some time into working in many different games to match settings.

Keep your mouse dpi the same most people tend to sit somewhere in the 400-800 range. And MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE that Windows accelerator is turned off and you have raw mouse input in your os before you start going looking at sorting game settings out.

Grab a ruler (seriously) because this is where it comes to tweaking games start with the game you play the most. First of all in the game settings if there is a option for raw mouse input make sure it's turned on, if there is no option use google to see if there is any way to enable it via modding the INI file or other means. (A game that forces accelerated mouse movements is a badly made game for more reasons than I can list)

Now what you want to do is find a area on the map where you can logically map a 180degree turn IE in a door way. So you will want to turn with your crosshairs exactly in the centre of the door frame on the left hand side as you are standing in it and turn 180until your crosshairs are in the centre of the door frame 180 degrees behind you (I hope that makes sense)

You now need to tweak the in game mouse sensitivity so that 180 happens over a certain distance on a ruler (most people range from preferring 3-12inches but it's all preference so go with what you are happy with and match it exactly to that) so you want for example to make that 180degeee turn to take 4inches mouse movement. The reason for this is you will match this 4" movement for. a 180turn in all of your games thus your mouse will behave EXACTLY the same in all games and will allow you to develop a more substantial muscle memory a few weeks playing like this and I promise you will be more accurate.

Takes a while to key in all the settings for different games but it's totally worth it if you want to get better :)

You just need to stick to one DPI (I use 800DPI) and then just play and tweak your sensitivity if required.

It's as simple as that.
