whats better,, man or offset vcore?

i have put a - 0.005 offset to my cpu, the multi is 45 and it goes from 0.9 ish idle to 1.33-1.36 load do you think vthis is ok? i was using man before set at 1.325 and it was stable ill post some pics up later of temps and stuff
 
ive moved it to -0.005 and getting a max of 1.352 avg 1.344, its not really power consumption im bothered about, its mainly i odnt want 1.344 vcore on all the time say when its a 1.6 mhz, ive got it at 4.6 mhz at the mo, is it better to have it constanly at 1.34 for that sort of overclock?
