Whats better / quicker ?

I can either run my RAM at the following settings ( i have 4x512Mb Geil DDR2 667 )

DDR667 - 4-4-4-12 @ 2T

or

DDR400 - 4-4-4-12 @ 1T

Tried DDR533 and 667 at 1T and the system wouldnt boot.

Which would you run at?

Bench at both settings with SuperPi 1Mb test and take the quicker

Well at DDR400 1T is get 39s at DDR667 2T i get 37s

Thats your answer then DDR667 2T seems to be a little bit nippier

Far lower RAM timings?

And the 1mb cache on your cpu helps as well
