Whats better??

Ok started clocking my 3700sd and got it to 2550mhz - 230x11 but for my memory what is better running it on a 166 divider @ 180 2-3-2-5 or running it 1-1 @ 230 with slacker speeds???

I'd go with 1:1 and try and keep CAS 2 if you can (try 2-3-3-7), if not drop to 2.5-3-3-7.

Not at the expensive of droppins from 230 to 180 mhz though.
