Whats cache overclocking

Just seen something that's intrigued me. Whats cache overclocking.
And how can this improve my I7 7700@5ghz.

It's the cache of the Cpu and improving its frequency.

On 7700K set 44 ratio on cache and this should be fine and give you around 50-75mhz of improved efficiency.
