Hi all

All help appreciated. My MSI GTX 680 frequently did this in Battlefield 4 and its doing the same in Far Cry 4. The card is not overclocked and is in a well ventilated case.

Any thoughts on the cause?

The memory looks to be running stock on that card and the core overclock is only very minor, have you checked both of the fans are still working okay? MSI had some trouble with fans leaking oil and ceasing up.

CPU has had a light O/C all of its life. Never any problems with any of my components. (until this!)
When the artefacts appeared again I increased the fan speed on the GPU and the artefacts went. So as suggested could be a fan problem.
