Whats chips do GSkill 2gb ZX PC3200 use?

I've been reading a lot of threads about different memory chips needing different settings, but I can't find anything to tell me which chips mine uses? (i mean is it BH-5, TCCD, UCCC... etc.. what? :/)

Well apparently it used to use be-5 but seems like now its uccc.
