Whats difference between these wheels?

Hi, im looking to get a new wheel for my 360, just wondering what the difference between these 2 are? I can see one doesnt have a gear shift.. is that only difference?

I think that's what those bright green things are. Can see them on both.

Are they that much cheaper than the MS wheel? i would consider getting the offical wheel tbh

They are £30 delivered brand new with 3rd party controller, faceplate and remote.

How much us ms official?

Ah well, the official i think is 70 or 80 quid, but i dare say it will be a much more fulfilling experience

But the MS wheel is force feedback where as from what I can see that just vibrates
