Its unusual to have two OS working with a new brand version of directX and would be interesting to hear people thoughts.
 
I cant find any proper comparisons, but I did find this quick test,

Interestingly it shows vista to be a little faster running the Heaven benchmark, and a little slower running crysis in DX10.
