My Ultimate Breakfast Butty:

Thick slice of crusty bread topped with thinly sliced red onion, cherry tomato, chestnut mushroom, diced black pudding, extra mature cheddar, grilled until bubbling. Top that with crispy bacon bits, grilled Lincolnshire sausages, 2 perfectly fried eggs, and baked beans on the side (as we all know eggs and beans don’t mix). Wash all that down with some ice cold apple juice and you’ll be ready for a hard days work.
 
Yes, lots of black coffee!

I often tend to skip breakfast on working days as my favourites all contain carbs and I feel sluggish shortly afterwards.

Well i wasnt hungry until i opened this thread, thanks guys. I dont usually eat breakfast but im having poached eggs now.

My least favourite cooking method for eggs is poaching.
Scrambled, fried, hard boiled, omelette, and even baked, are all lovely but poached eggs have a weird texture that makes me want to vomit not swallow.

Yeah its not my favorite, but im trying to be healthier, and its less hassle than boiled. I usually just go fried.

Same as every day:
45g Crownfields Luxury Muesli
15g Chia Seeds
250ml Skimmed milk, mixed with;
27g Protein Powder (Chocolate Caramel this time)
~85g Kiwi, diced
~200g Red grapefruit, diced
(~550 Cals 84g Carbs 41g Protein 11g Fat)
2 cups Americano from the espresso machine

Breakfast of champions.........I'd much rather a nice fry-up tbh
