FAHmon doesn't seem to know much about this wu, i know its a new type but has this happened to anyone else?

Have you tried clicking on FahMon and then selecting "Download New Projects" ?

Sometimes it takes FahMon a little while to work out what it is. Stanford doesn't appear to have it listed yet, so that could be the reason why too.

Happens when the WU you're doing wasn't on the Stanford project list the last time FAHMon updated. This can be either because Stanford haven't put it on yet, or (which I think is probably the case with this WU) the unit was temporarily removed from the list as it wasn't being distributed for a little while.

FAHInfo seems to think a Venice at 2.5GHz will get ~500PPD off of one of these units...

If they're like the other 149x WUs probably more like 450, but still very desirable

FAHInfo seems to pitch them at having a PPD a fair bit higher than stuff like the 1495s which are listed at around 300PPD (which is what I get on 1495s)
