Monitor is a Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP 24" WS LCD

Don't get it all the time.. just randomly splurts out?

tried a new cable? does it happen in the same area?

Mainly input dialogue boxes such as word or in this case, the forum dialogue box? Tried different cable. It's always been like it tbh it's just a pain in **** but it clears after a few scrolls.

and it clears after a few scrolls hmmm some sort of processing error on the monitor I assume.

I've never really played with any settings with these. Straight out of the box. Is there anything you might suggest?
