Simply goto your My eBay and hit item not received, this should open a case and eBay will prompt the seller.
As long as your the buyer then you're well protected on eBay, no real assistance for sellers on there any longer
 
So it was delivered to a shop. They say they dont have it. Just said it certainly looks like us on the picture (body shot no head) I just left my number and said have a better look.

What should I do? I'm going to buy crap off a homeless person and put it through the letter box. But until i get the courage to talk to a dangerous drugged out homeless person what should i do?
