What's gone wrong with my TV?

This Samsung is only a few months old. It's been working fine, but today when watching football, I've noticed this in the bottom left hand corner.

Anyone got an idea of what the issue is. I'm sure Richer Sounds will not argue about taking it back.

Just read the guarantee. Because it's over 30 days old, they send someone to your home to service it.

Bit disappointed. Once a panels gone once, I can't really trust it anymore.

Sorry. When you say a new panel, is that a whole new TV or can an engineer install a new panel in the broken one?
