What's Happening to my Colours?

Not done anything to my PC lately but turned on this morning and file explorer/thunderbird/firefox and apps etc all have a light green colour to the ribbon and sidebars. Using the light theme but nothing changes back to white. Checked my laptop with the same theme setup and that's all still white when I open the same things. I've reseated the GPU and changed DP cable but still the same.

Any ideas what's happening?

Can you plug your laptop into your monitor to see if it's the monitor playing up?

It's possible you've picked up a dodgy Colour Management profile (check in advanced graphics settings -> display adapter settings) but this is unlikely unless you've been tinkering with it or installed something that would change it.

Was that testing the laptop on the monitor?

Does your PC have an IGP you can test with as well?

After chacking the display settings etc I looked at the monitor settings and my RGB values were all over the place, changed them back and all back to normal now.
