Whats it worth?

Hey everyone,

Got a bit of a problem, we have a car that we need to get rid of, strongly avoiding fleabay as that place makes me cringe :p !


The car is a Jaguar XJS 3.6 Manual 1984, from what I have been hearing these cars don't hold their value to well, in fact I think the cover is worth more then the car :D .


But the real question i'm after is.

Whats it worth?

The interior is in pretty good condition, obviously with age it's picked up its share of rust and parts of the chrome bumpers have corroded.

Unfortunately no, silly of me not to mention, it also needs a clutch and won't shift :D :p .

It was left to my dad after my Nan passed away and has been sitting under that cover for a few months now, before that it had been sitting in a garage for 10 years, still fires up okey :)
 
Thanks for the input fellas :) , The only thing it needs to get it going is a clutch, then obviously it would have to go through mot and all that, wasn't expecting any more then £1000, but I think it's more of a case we need to get rid of the car as we need the room. Would love to keep it and restore it to full.
