Whats making these marks?

Evening all, I'm using a Nikon D50 with its kit lens and a 70-300 telephoto. I get some black marks/spots at the same place on every shot. I gues is from dust or some crud getting in then I've changed the lense. Whats the best way to shift the grime as I'm getting tired of cloning the marks out of every pic!

Great for cleaning dust, also I always try to point the camera down and shield it when changing lenses.
