what's my meal plan like?

Hello,

Just decided that i want to hit the gym and start improving my fitness again, as since i have started Uni i have become a little lazy. I believe i have sorted out my gym routine which seems to be going well. Have 3 x 3 weight sessions (Chest/back, Shoulder/arms and legs) , 1 x Hitt CV workout then try and 2-3 25/30 minute runs.

I have now decided that I wont to sort my diet out so i have created a meal plan which i would like for people to give me feedback on.

Morning-

All bran flakes and raisins with semi-skimmed milk, glass of fruit juice (if have any)

or

2x Scrambled eggs on slice of granary bread

or

Porridge with raisins

Snacks-

Celery with salt
Carrots tip
Apple
Orange

Lunch-

Last evenings meal or Turkey Bolognese with pita bread (which i add lots of vegetables too), with a salad and low fat dressing or malt vinger

Tin of Tuna with wholemeal pita bread with a salad or spinach or vegetables

Chicken breast with light mayo or a sauce with side salad or vegetables

Again have a snack if hungry

Evening meal (usually the meal i have after workout or sometimes it is lunch depeding on uni class times)

Chicken or Beef stir fry
Chicken/ turkey Breast meal similar to lunch but vegetables and new potatoes
Turkey Bolognese with side of vegetables
Pasta Chicken dish which i try to keep to only 1 a week
Fish option which i have very rarely


If am still hungry later on in the evening i have cottage cheese of pumkin seed ryvita


Does this look resonable? Also if people could suggest meal ideas or link to other sites that give a list of food meal ideas that would be great.
