Whats my next upgrade???

I've not upgraded anything in my PC for about 6 months now and I'm starting to wonder what the most logical next upgrade step is for me!

My setup in in my sig - I'm assuming that my CPU might be the bottleneck at the moment so can anyone recommend a good path that wont cost the earth??

Overclock the CPU a bit more, most P35 boards can get Q6600s to 3.4GHz+ (if it's a G0 stepping and has a reasonable VID).

I think you should spash out on a new cooler, venomous x for example. Clock your q6600 to 3.4/3.6 and get an ssd. That should see you ok to 2012.

Does an SSD really make that much difference?? I know they are supposed to be quicker but arent they also quite small??
If I got one, would I still see a performance improvement if I still kept my exisiting drive for installing games etc??

Windows would load & do stuff faster, but that's about it if you install your games on the other drive.
