Iv been a virgin media customer for Afew years now and have been on a 10mb connection with a max download of 1.1mb.
I today have upgraded my broadband but there has been confussion to what speed I'm on as 3 different reps told me different speeds. I wanted the 100mb connection and while I was in work my partner phoned up. They told her 50mb was available and a 49.99 upgrade fee. When I got home I rang up, delt with the charge first and got that knocked off and then asked about the speed. The rep told me I was eligible for 100mb. When fitter came today he said 30mb lol.
I ran a speed test and it said 31mb but I'm getting a download speed of 7.4mb. This means I'm on more than 30mb right?
I'm slightly confused and want to get it right befor I phone up later.
Thanks
