What's needed for NV surround?

Hey I'm looking to order 2 more monitors to make a NV surround setup on a gtx 780.

Do I need a display port adaptor to make it work or does the card process 3 signals from hdml/dvi/dvi?

Should be fine with the 2x DVi and HDMI, that's what i'm using on my Surround setup with my 770.
