Whats occuring at Times Square at the minute?

Just browsing the webcam thingy (quite therapeutic bit of background etc) and there is some sort of gathering around a giant circle. A little while ago there were two rows of people in red t-shirts on there - i was expecting some sort of dance show to happen but they simply walked off without actually doing anything.

I cant promise that any answers will be forthcoming before i have to get to bed, so if anyone knows what they are actually there for, or is at a loose end can they have a peek and post what eventually happens. Thanks

One guy was there for well over half an hour and a few others confirmed for shorter times. Not as amazing as it could have been but still a success
