Just had to return a motherboard as it arrived with a dead lan port and was wondering what ocuk's RMA service is like, will they get a bit funny or will they just replace the mobo for a new one, i know that some companys try and do every thing they can to not RMA, are ocuk good in this department ?

They will test the board and if the fault is an easy one to confirm and not something they can easily fix then u will get a new one, this will take a few days tho.

Awesome, thx for the info, i looked on the net and found a few people had to RMA the board i sent back because of dead lan ports, only choice was to replace it with a new one, just hope it doesnt take weeks to sort out such a simple problem.

With something like that it should be faily quick as long as they have that board in stock, i bought an overclocked bundle and the board was damaged when it arrived (vrm heatsink was hanging off) so they fixed that for me but had to test it and stuff to make sure nothing else was damaged and that took maybe 10 days or so in the end.

if it's DOA then no probs in any case as you'd be covered under DSA and have a week to return it

Had to RMA my PSU this week & was offered refund or replace - chose refund (1st time I have had to RMA something.) They tested it the same day they received it & refund agreed so pretty happy with their service..
