What's Razer's RMA like?

I need to RMA my Naga. It occasionally refuses to track up/down and now it's got the annoying double clicking problem (it double clicks with a single press of the left button)

My mrs bought it off ebay for christmas.

I love the mouse, It's perfect for me but i wish it was built as good as my old tank of a G5

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you have to have brought it from an "authorised seller" to be able to get it RMA'd. My deathadder has developed the same double click problem, I still haven't sent it off yet though.
