Whats that game..

There was a game linked on here a while back but cant find it now. Basically you have to get a ball from one side of the screen to the other with obstacles in the way. You make it move by connecting rods to the ball and the attaching other rotating balls to it. To complete it you can use tank type thing and catapult
Any ideas or did i imagine it..
