Hey all the past couple of days i'v been experiencing a squeeking noise coming from my passenger side front wheel, you can only hear it when going 30 mph or less. I jacked the car up and span both front wheels by hand i noticed the passenger side wheel was noticably harder to spin although i couldnt hear the noise. My first guess is that the wheel bearing is shot am i right?

sounds very much like the bearing, has it got any play in it at all?

"When bearings do complain the noise is usually speed-specific—the noise varies according to the speed of the spinning wheel in which it is contained. Clicks, rumbles and groans that vary with vehicle speed may indicate a bearing that has lost its ability to handle the load. Another good way to check wheel bearings without disassembly is to jack the wheel in question up off the ground, grab it from both the top and the bottom, and attempt to move it. There should be very little or no movement at all."

the other thing to check is that your breaks aren't sticking, but the chances are its the bearing :)
