You could use rocketdock http://punklabs.com/projects

or RK Launcher http://home.cogeco.ca/~rklauncher/

or alternatively RunMe http://ksoft.nm.ru/runme.htm

Personally I used to use RK Launcher, when I used to have windows, but Ive heard good things about all of those docks so try them them to see which suits you.
