What's the Act/Law when working with computers

My borther sits in front of his laptop all day at work and I'm sure that they is a law which means he should be supplied with a certain monitor size etc etc.

Am I right and what is the Act called?

I'm not sure if there are limits or recommendations on screen sizes without looking but your brother is certainly entitled to breaks away from the screen, so he could be doing paper based tasks instead.

I think thats what I was told about. I've never read it but thought there were limits on screen. 15inch probably being the minimum.

I know about the 15mins rest allowed and like someone said early I think he does that and goes to do some paper work or make a cuppa
