Hi guys i really cant figure this one so hear goes i have a set of cmx8gx3m2a1600c9 memory which is dual channel this memory is a spare set but the board i am thinking of buying uses single channel memory so can i use one stick of dual channel or do i have to buy a single channel stick

Motherboard will be ASROCK AM1H-ITX

You can use a single module just fine.
