Whats the best, easiest and free method of creating a clone of harddrive?

As title really, I want to replace my ssd with an M.2 drive and want to clone the ssd which has windows 10 and and a load of other stuff on it to the new M.2 drive.
So..can anyone advise me as to what is the easiest, free, etc method?

I use macrium reflect
The free version should do what you need

What brand name are you getting? Samsung have their own software that does this which is free to use of using a Samsung SSD

Acronis, not free but you only need the clone part.

I just used macrium reflect free, downloaded and installed, did clone, rebooted and changed boot drive in BIOS. Then after I tested the PC was ok, uninstall macrium reflect.
