What's the best fans to get for my case?

I'm fairly new to computer building and still haven't figured out the best fans to use.

I currently have a mini case (this) and I'm conscious that my gpu and cpu are getting too hot, so I'm going to get a new cpu cooler and also some fans for the case.

What is the cheapest fans to get that'll fit my case and be suitable for my PSU and MOBO (I'm not sure if it's relevent).

Edit: Can you recommend and CPU cooler to replace my current Wraith Stealth one?

Am I right in thinking I can get a CPU cooler that's less that 160mm in height, meaning this will fit nicely?

Edit: Purchased - thank you! Turned out OC was cheaper than a very popular website named after a river.

I bought the Artic fans, but I am concerned with powering them. Is it just a simple 4pin that plugs into them from the psu?
 
I think itll be extremely close if I could get it to fit. The fixing points arent suitable for the motherboard, which makes me wonder it isnt compatible!
