What's the Best Internet Security Package?

I'm currently running Norton Internet Security 2006. It's fine, but hogs resources like nothing else, to say nothing of dumping about 12 processes into my task manager!

Can anyone recommend a better, less hungry Internet Security package?

I've heard that Kaspersky is pretty good, but how hungry is it on resources and processes?

Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated.

Do you have a router? If so why are you using 3rd party software for security.

I can't really recomend any software for Internet Security because all mines hardware controlled.

NOD32 is a good antivirus and doesnt take up many resources.

As for firewall, use a hardware firewall or something liek Ashampoo firewall.

I have BT wireless router, with the 128 bit encription thing on it... Forgive my ignorance, but I'm kinda new to these finer details.
