What's the best Joystick to use with BF2 for jet's?

depends what joystick, if one wich also has thrust sliders, than it may just a be a little bit better (depends on if you suck with a keyboard and hate tapping or if you're good with a keyboard...) , but for cheap joystick, nah.
 
You need as much practice with a Joystick as you do with the keyboard & mouse to get any good. Additionally most of the better pilots I know of use the keyboard & mouse. So IMHO it's not worth buying a joystick solely for BF2.
 
I found joysticks best for jet vs jet combat but mouse and keyboard make my bombing a lot more accurate (or did when I played the game).
 
Ok thx for advise you guy's just saved me some money :D imo I'm a good pilot with keyboard and mouse just sometime's I will try and swoop for a bombing run and do it a tiny bit to hard next thing you know your eating the ground :rolleyes:
 
I mainly use the apache but I've found a joystick is so much easier for me. I had one in the cupboard from my F22 Lightening 3 days.
 
I tried a joystick for flying in bf2, had an old saitek cyborg lying around and gave it a shot. I found it made flying harder, now I just use kboard and mouse and now that im used to it im actually quite good now. Stick at the kboard mouse combo and just practice. :)
 
Being a flightsimmer, FS2004 & LOMAC, I always have my trusty MS Sidewinder Precision Pro 2 in a USB port. I use that.
