Whats the best NAS system (2-4 bay, 4-8tb)

I'm looking for a decent NAS system that has a usb port and raid0 support. I want to run a minimum of 4tb running in raid0 for my WDTV box

I want that network support to save me moving the box around to upload movies etc. I don't want the hard drives already fitted.

Any idea or advice ? Best bang for buck, quiet, good performer, beware of . . . ??

Probably a PC based build.

RAID0 on NAS, are you sure?

I'm going for the QNAP TS-419P+ but one of their other (cheaper) units might be better suited.
