Whats the best OC i can get?

Hi guys, i wont to know whats the best setting for my OC, here are my specs

C2D x6800 with Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-8500C5 TwinX
Asus P5W DH Deluxe
2x raptor (raid0)
7950gx2

ATM im running @ 3.1GHZ FSB=282 and my memory is at 940mhz 2.00v, what do you think is the best setup for my PC, im new at this OC stuff, thanks.
 
best you can get is anyones guess, just keep pushing it till it cant go any further

as many people will tell you, if you have read the overclocking guide on here as a starting point, just keep increasing the fsb in small incremements until you lose stability/the cpu is getting to hot for your liking
you may need to up the voltage for your cpu by .1 to keep pushing it, also if you get to the stage where your memory cant go any further, change the divider to a slower one so that it does not hold you back, tbh i dont have a conroe, well not one i can OC anyway so i cant give exact advice but thats the general formulae for overclocking :)
