What's the best overclocking DDR4 to go with nowadays?

The stuff I've got tops out around 3200Mhz. Could do with a few hundred Mhz more.

G.Skill Trident Z DDR4 kits go all the way the 4266 MHz, so plenty to choose from.

Unless they have changed this ram - it is not always compatible with x99 though, for example would not work on my system in sig. Beware.

It works fine on that board I use it for testing often......... Obviously not at 3866mhz quad channel though as no BWE/HWE IMC can do this frequency.

I just run 3200-3400mhz C12-13 with volts or C15 stock volts.

^^ Actually not true HOF 4000mhz b die much better quality than any GSkill.

GSkill is a good brand for sure but like all has good and not as good products for different reasons.

At the end of the day the best Ic is key Samsung b die which can go high and tight and comes in 8GB modules.
