Whats the best ps3 space game

Seeing as you asked this question, I'll assume you haven't played Mass effect 1&2
Absolutely amazing games, stunning game play, Morality choices that change the outcome of the game, loads of customization, fantastic plot lines.
Just do yourself a favour and don't play the 3rd one, or at least don't ever finish it.

Mass Effect 2 is brilliant, I would still recomend ME3 - online is good & has some good story elements just not in the same league as ME2. ME1 should be out in a few weeks too so maybe grab the trilogy when it comes out?
Killzone 2 & 3 are decent sci-fi shooters, some space elements to them.
Or what about the Resistance games - set on earth but with an invasion from space type theme.
Vanquish is also very good

ME3 is up to you, do some research and make your own mind up - no-one should be making it up for you 
ME3 seems akin to a corridor shooter with some light rpg elements, I tend to prefer rpg's to shooters so it was a bit of a let down for me in that regard but if you can get it cheap it's definately worth a look at, and I still had fun playing it despite the end and a number of other issues such as the poor journal system 
Never played Star Wars: Unleashed myself but you must have an idea of what else is out there?

How about Binary Domain.
Not exactly space but it's Sci-Fi, has mechas, and is a 3rd person shooter.
Only thing I can think of is Starhawk. There really isn't a lot of 3D space flight type games out there any more. 2D side scrollers are still plenty though.

vanquidh and binary domain kinda similar same people i think. I have both games. Ill need to reply vanquish. I got half way and lost save gamsd on old ps3. I have completed BD
