Whats the best setting

Hi

I have 4x sticks of 512mb ocz 7200 ram rated at 900mhz and i want to get the best out of them im currently running the following timings at 5/5/5/15 at 450 mhz on the ram itself it says timings of 4/4/3/15 so whats the best settings for them.

I think 4/4/3/15 is the best setting but am not sure just want you opinions.

Whent for 4/4/3/15 got better results with sandra memory benchmark.
