What's the best totally stable GTA IV graphics mod out there?

Completed it on 360 ages ago and tempted to replay it on PC shortly.

I know there are lots of great graphics mods for this game but what is generally perceived as being the best? If it's not stable, I'm not interested - I want to play it through hassle free.

Are you sure? It ran pretty horribly on Xbox 360 in many parts yet on a high end PC it can run on massively higher settings with much better frame rates. :confused:

People always come out with the "crappy console port" cliché, despite the fact it actually runs better on PC than it did on the consoles.

I think they just expect it to run at 80fps on highest settings, despite the fact that on the consoles it ran at around 20fps on the equivalent of low settings on PC.
