Whats the best upgrade path?

My specs are:
2500k @4.4
8gb ram
7950 iceq @1100
OCZ 650W

I was probably going to wait for a non-ref 290x but now the 7990 is ONLY £400.
But will my cpu and psu be enough, it's not so bad if I have to get a new psu, if my cpu won't bottleneck.

I want to be future proof somewhat and to run BF4 on ultra at 60FPS. In the beta it would be about 50 average, maybe its more optimized as release.

Second 7950 if your board allows

It's a gigabyte z68ap-d3, the second gfx slot is PCIE x4, not sure if thats a problem.
